I've been thinking a lot about Harvey "Luh Pokey" Lenoir Jr.'s case and recently stumbled upon some discussions around how Mycah Fowler's charges were handled. While I understand the complexity of the legal process, it's unsettling that the charges were reduced when there are lingering questions about that night. I'm really troubled by this because Harvey was such a bright light in his community, and his family deserves answers and justice. It's impossible to comprehend the pain of losing someone so suddenly, especially under such violent circumstances. I really hope more people come forward with information to help piece together what truly happened. It would make a world of difference for those who loved him. Anyone else have thoughts on this?
