I can't stop thinking about how incredibly strong Samantha's two sons must have been throughout this ordeal. It's unimaginable to think about what those children went through, not only losing their mother but witnessing such a horrific event. I can only hope they have the support they need to start healing and find some semblance of normalcy again. It's heartening to know the community rallied around them, with neighbors, friends, and local organizations stepping up to provide care and counseling. Kudos to the Evansville Police Department and the prosecutor's office for handling the case with such care and urgency. And to those brave kids, your courage in helping identify and bring "Uncle Art" to justice is nothing short of heroic. Sending love and strength to them and the whole family.
