I've been following William Romero's case since it first came to light, and it’s incredibly frustrating to see justice seemingly slip through the cracks. One aspect that’s been nagging at me is the handling of evidence—or rather, the lack of it. Why on earth wasn't all the evidence tested for DNA from the get-go? It's baffling to think some crucial pieces could have gone overlooked. I can only imagine the anguish this oversight must cause for Romero's friends and family, who still don't have closure. This makes you wonder about the procedures in such serious cases and how many other investigations might be affected by similar oversights. Do any of you have thoughts on how cases like this should be handled differently to avoid these gaps in the future?

Has anyone else been following the William Romero case? I can't stop thinking about how his family must be feeling right now. It's just so tragic to lose a loved one in such a violent way and then have the trial end in acquittal after all this time. One thing that's been on my mind is the way the car situation was handled. I mean, Lewis continued driving Romero's car after he disappeared. It's strange, right? But the defense had a point about him looking for his own car. It just doesn't add up to me. This case is a reminder of how crucial solid evidence is in these situations. My heart goes out to William's friends and family—I hope they find the peace and closure they deserve. What do you all think about the car angle? Could it mean anything more than we've heard?
