Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Jon Senour, and something that's been on my mind is the role that surveillance footage played in bringing Antonio White to justice. It's chilling to think how quickly things escalated in that alley. According to the reports, the footage clearly depicted the sequence of events leading up to the shooting, yet it's hard to fathom the moment when Jon's life was taken. I'm wondering how the presence of cameras in more public spaces could maybe deter such random acts of violence, or at least help in solving cases faster. It's such a crucial piece in this puzzle that helped Jon's family see some justice served, even though the pain they're feeling can't just be alleviated by a conviction. Thoughts and insights on how technology aids investigations and its impact on privacy would be interesting to hear. Wishing strength and peace to Jon's family and community. The memory of Jon's kindness and generosity makes the senselessness of his death even more profound.
