I’ve been thinking a lot about the unsolved murder of Joseph J. Kelly. It's shocking to realize that even after all these years, we still don’t have answers. One thing that really stands out to me is the description of the vehicle—a yellow 1972 or 1973 Chevrolet with large whitewalls. It's such a specific detail, and yet it hasn't led to a breakthrough. I'm hopeful that the car might jog someone's memory, maybe someone who lived in or around Virginia Beach back then. Vehicles like that are distinct and memorable, especially in a neighborhood setting. If anyone remembers seeing it or something odd related to it around that time, even the tiniest detail could be crucial. Also, I deeply feel for Joseph's family and friends who have been waiting decades for closure. They deserve to know what happened to their loved one and to see justice served. If anyone out there has information, no matter how small, please come forward. Your tip might be the key to solving this and bringing some peace to those who knew and loved Joseph.
