Hey all, I've been diving into some cold cases recently and the murder of Herbert Collins in 1977 really caught my attention. I can't stop thinking about the fact that it's been more than four decades and there still haven't been any breakthroughs. I wonder if the passage of time has caused some key details to fade. I've read that sometimes even the tiniest bit of information can be the missing puzzle piece. I’m hoping that someone who might have lived in Chesapeake back then sees this and remembers something. Maybe there's an old rumor, or something someone dismissed as unimportant at the time. Let's keep Herbert and his family in our thoughts. Justice can bring some peace, and they deserve it. If you remember anything at all, reach out to the Chesapeake Police. Every piece of information counts.
