I've been thinking about the location where William Herman Winston Jr. was found. It's such a secluded and eerie spot under that bridge on Bickerstaff Road. I can't help but wonder if someone local knew about that area, or if it was just chosen randomly. Seems like anyone unfamiliar with Henrico County wouldn't just stumble upon such a hidden place. Could this point to the possibility that the person who did this might have been familiar with the area? It makes you think about who knew him and what kind of connections he had around there. I hope with all my heart that new eyes and minds on this case can help piece together these details for his family. They deserve answers and some peace after all these years. ?
