Austin Hernandez Missing Person Case

Austin Cole Hernandez, an infant only 10 months old, was abducted by his non-custodial father, Gilbert Arredondo Hernandez, on April 28, 1997, from Tehachapi, California. Gilbert, who was 32 at the time, took Austin while his wife, Rhonda Accord, was out, having previously threatened to take their son. Shortly after the abduction, an FBI warrant was issued for Gilbert, charging him with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
