Has anyone else looked into the phone call James had on the morning of March 14, 2000? It's puzzling to me that this was the last confirmed contact he had. Did law enforcement look into who he spoke with? I hope they managed to gather more details from that conversation or from phone records. It's unimaginable what his family must be going through all these years without answers. I'm hoping that this piece of the puzzle might still lead to a break in the case and finally provide some peace for his loved ones.
