Hey everyone, I've been following Devoris "VoVo" Dickerson's case, and something that strikes me is the lack of community involvement. Newport News is a tight-knit area, and I find it hard to believe that no one has seen or heard anything that could help lead to answers about that day in 2012. I read that VoVo was loved by everyone who knew him, and it's not right for his family to be left with so many unanswered questions. What if a small detail that seems insignificant to someone could actually be the missing piece to this puzzle? I've been following the tragic case of Devoris "VoVo" Dickerson, and what really strikes me is how important community involvement is in situations like this. It's been over a decade, and yet no suspect has been identified. It's so important that anyone with even the smallest piece of information come forward. Devoris’s family deserves answers and justice. I keep thinking about his young kids, Taioma and Ny'-Jae, growing up without their father. It's just so unfair. They deserve to know that their community did everything it could to find out who took their dad from them.
