Robert C. Garman, a 33-year-old man from Hot Springs, Arkansas, was last seen on September 24, 1996, after attending a multi-day party in the Mark Twain National Forest near Chadwick, Missouri. He had been visiting friends in the area with a female acquaintance from Arkansas. The gathering involved approximately 15 people and took place off H Highway in a secluded forest location.
