Has anyone else been following the trial closely? I noticed that Kendrick Downing’s family attended every single court hearing, which must have been incredibly difficult for them. It’s unimaginable the strength it must take to face the person accused of taking a loved one’s life. I can’t help but think about the emotional toll this has had on them, sitting through the legal proceedings and waiting for justice to be served. Does anyone know if there are any support groups in Norfolk for families going through similar situations? It's so important that they have a network of people who understand what they're going through. My heart goes out to them during this unimaginable time.
