Hey folks, I've been following the case of Adam Jamal El and it's so upsetting how things have just been stagnant for so long. I read that the neighborhood where it happened is usually really quiet, and I can't imagine what a shock it must have been for the people living there, especially on Christmas Day. It's sad that his family has to endure this uncertainty for years now. I wonder how the community is handling this lack of closure. Has there been any organized effort by locals to either support his family or put more pressure on authorities for answers? I think staying united as a community could potentially spark some movement in cases like this. Also, thinking about how it still feels like a raw wound for them is a reminder of how crucial it is for anyone with even a small piece of info to come forward. Thoughts or updates from anyone local to Richmond?
