It's been over seven years since Jonathan Powers' tragic death, and I still can't get over how senseless it all seems. I'm particularly puzzled by the location where he was found. The 800 block of North King Street in Hampton isn't exactly a spot you'd expect something like this to happen. Does anyone familiar with the area know if it was a common hangout spot or if there was any history of incidents there before Jonathan's case? It feels like such an odd location for a meeting that turned deadly. My heart goes out to Jonathan’s family and friends, who must still be grappling with the loss. I hope people with any information come forward to help piece together what really happened that night.
