I've been following the case of James N. Henderson Jr., and I'm struggling to understand the decision to transfer jurisdiction to the military. It seems so crucial that all aspects of such an incident should be transparent, especially when it involves service members. While I understand the military might want to handle its own personnel, it's concerning to think about how this could affect the pursuit of justice for Henderson. I can't imagine how difficult this must be for his family, to not only lose him but to face the complexity of jurisdictional issues. Does anyone know if there's more accountability with NCIS in cases like this, or does it just make things harder for the victim's family?
