I came across this case of Allen Frazier, and something that really gets to me is how this man, known as "Sherman" by some, was such a beacon of kindness in his community. From what I've read, he played a significant role in helping others, particularly seniors, through his auto repair business. It's not just about the violence that took his life but about the void left behind due to his absence.
Living in a community where someone like Allen can be taken away so suddenly and violently is incredibly distressing. When we lose individuals who genuinely want to make a difference, it impacts everybody around them, more than we might initially realize. I can't imagine the pain his family and close friends are going through.
I truly hope anyone with information steps up. Importantly, how do we as communities come together to prevent these senseless acts of violence, especially against those who selflessly contribute to the wellbeing of others? Would love to hear if anyone has thoughts or ideas on how community collaborations could potentially make a difference.
