I’ve been thinking a lot about the time of day this tragedy happened. Rayshawn was shot around 6:35 p.m., which isn’t that late in the day. It’s disturbing to think something like this could occur when people might still be out and about, maybe wrapping up their day or heading home. It makes me wonder if there were any witnesses who saw what happened or noticed something unusual beforehand. Even the smallest detail could be vital for the investigation.
