Has anyone else been thinking about the role of witness intimidation in Sean Green’s case? It’s really troubling to hear how witnesses might have been scared to come forward. ? I can’t even imagine the pressure they must have felt. On one hand, you have brave individuals who might want to step forward to get justice for Sean’s family. On the other hand, facing potential repercussions is terrifying. The prosecution argued they had to use tough tactics because witnesses were afraid to testify against violent offenders. Do you think that’s justified? Do you think they crossed any lines? Maybe if we had better support systems for witnesses, they wouldn’t have to feel like they’re choosing between their safety and justice. It’s just so sad that these hurdles exist, and my heart goes out to Sean’s loved ones who had to endure this long, painful process. Would love to hear your thoughts on how the system can better support witness bravery!
