Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Bilal Salaam, and one thing that's been really puzzling is the shooting at those homes on Alder Avenue the same night. It makes me wonder if these incidents were somehow connected or if it’s just a tragic coincidence. It seems too close in timing and location to be unrelated, but nothing has been officially linked as far as I've seen. If this was some kind of stray gunfire or an indication of a broader conflict, it could be really important in piecing together what happened to Bilal. I find it hard to believe that there was no relation at all. It's such a close-knit community, and you can imagine the fear it must instill in the residents, knowing that this kind of violence erupted out of nowhere. Thoughts on whether this could lead to cracks in the case? Or if anyone local has heard more? My heart goes out to Bilal's family and friends, who are still searching for answers.
