Has anyone else come across any theories about what happened on the morning Alikhan Garland was shot? I was reading through some old articles and couldn't find anything concrete about why he was in that area at that time. It's really disheartening to see such a young life taken with so many questions unanswered.
I'm curious if there's any CCTV footage from businesses nearby that could shed some light? The fact that this case is still open makes me wonder if there's a piece of the puzzle that law enforcement just hasn't been able to put together yet. My thoughts are with Alikhan's family; I can't imagine the frustration and pain they're going through without closure.
