Has anyone else been following the recent remarks by the Jersey City community about Donald Gadson’s case? I've been lurking here for a while and just wanted to highlight something that doesn't seem to get enough attention: the impact on local residents and their sense of safety. Since Donald was killed right in the neighborhood, folks around Dale Avenue are obviously feeling pretty shaken up. It's just so unnerving that something like this could happen so close to home and, worse, that the shooter is still out there somewhere. I've seen some posts from locals saying they’re on edge and just hoping for some closure. It's clear his friends and family are going through an unimaginable time, but it's also affecting the whole community. I hope that anyone with even a sliver of information comes forward. It might just lead investigators in the right direction. It's so important we remember Donald not just as a victim of a crime, but as a person who mattered. Let's hope justice is served soon.
