Has anyone else been following the case of Quandale Barnes? It's so sad to see another young life lost in Camden. I was reading about the surveillance system that caught the shots being fired, and it got me wondering how effective these systems really are if no arrests have been made yet. You would think with all the technology available, it would lead to some breakthroughs by now. It's incredibly frustrating not just for BooBoo's family but for all of us who hope to see these cases resolved. I can't imagine what his loved ones are going through. If anyone has any more insights on how these systems work or why it's taking so long, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Let's hope for some answers soon for the sake of everyone involved.
Hi everyone,
It's truly devastating to hear about the loss of Quandale "BooBoo" Barnes. I've been following the case closely, and one thing that stands out to me is the role of the community in these investigations. Camden, like many places, relies heavily on community tips to move cases forward. It’s distressing to think that someone out there might know something that could bring closure to BooBoo's loved ones but hasn't come forward yet.
I came across a discussion recently about the effectiveness of the shooting surveillance system in the Branch Village area. While it alerted the police to the shots, there haven’t been any leads strong enough to make an arrest. It makes me wonder how often these systems actually lead to solving crimes, or if there are other measures that could be more successful in encouraging community collaboration and trust with law enforcement.
We need to remember that behind these unsolved cases are real people, real families struggling with loss. My heart goes out to BooBoo's family and friends. They deserve answers and justice, and I hope that by keeping the conversation going, we can contribute in some small way to resolving this tragedy.
Stay safe, everyone, and please speak up if you can make a difference.
