I’ve been thinking a lot about those distinctive tattoos Woody had. It seems like such a significant detail that could potentially help identify him if he’s still out there somewhere. Tattoos are so personal and specific, and the ones he had are pretty unique. Even after all these years, someone might recognize that “Woody” on his arm or the cross with “Mary.” I wonder if there were any efforts right after he disappeared to contact tattoo shops in the area or if flyers with his tattoo descriptions were put up. That could’ve been a crucial step back then. Maybe if someone in LA noticed anything, especially considering the possible sighting there in '97, it could still make a difference. Has anyone heard if they’ve done any outreach like this during the investigation? I hope further awareness might jog someone’s memory, even after all this time.
Just looking through some old cold cases and came across Joseph "Woody" Rincon's disappearance. I can't stop thinking about those tattoos of his—especially the cross with "Mary" on his elbow. Could "Mary" be someone significant in his life, maybe someone to look into more? Could it have anything to do with his disappearance, or is it just a personal thing? Sometimes little details like this can be worth examining further, but who knows—just speculating like we all do here. Anyone else have thoughts on what role, if any, this tattoo could play in the case?
