Joseph Isabel Rincon, a 37-year-old man, was last seen on August 3, 1995, in Covina, California. He had a conversation with his apartment manager regarding overdue rent, which is the last confirmed sighting of him. Rincon, who also went by the nickname "Woody," had distinctive tattoos, including the word "Woody" on his upper right arm and a cross with the name "Mary" on the inside of his right elbow.
