Joseph Isabel Rincon, a 37-year-old man, was last seen on August 3, 1995, in Covina, California. He had a conversation with his apartment manager regarding overdue rent, which is the last confirmed sighting of him. Rincon, who also went by the nickname "Woody," had distinctive tattoos, including the word "Woody" on his upper right arm and a cross with the name "Mary" on the inside of his right elbow.
Ten days after he was last seen, on August 14, his sister visited his apartment after not hearing from him. She found no signs of struggle or anything unusual, but Rincon was gone. There was a possible sighting of him two years later in downtown Los Angeles, but this has not been confirmed. Authorities believe Rincon may have required medical attention at the time of his disappearance.
Despite the passage of time, Rincon's case remains unsolved, and the Covina Police Department continues to investigate any leads related to his disappearance.
