In the small community of Webster Springs, West Virginia, the life of Anthony Alan Williams, a 40-year-old White male, was cut short on February 13, 2018. On that day, authorities responded to a call at a residence on Paynesville Road in the nearby area of Bolair. There, they discovered Williams with a single gunshot wound.
