Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Rayshawn "Manny" Baines, and something that's been on my mind is the role of the ShotSpotter technology. I can't help but wonder how effective it really is in these situations. It seems like a useful tool for alerting authorities to gunfire, but I'm curious about its impact on solving cases like Manny's. Despite the immediate response it prompted, we still don't have any arrests. Does anyone have insights or stats on how often ShotSpotter leads to arrests or convictions? My heart goes out to Manny's family, especially his daughter, Kamryn, during this incredibly difficult time. It's so painful to think justice hasn't been served yet. If anyone has more info or thoughts on this, please share. We need to keep talking about this! Stay safe, everyone.
