I've been thinking a lot about Devin McCain's family and what they must have gone through. It’s terrifying to think how suddenly their lives were changed by such a senseless act of violence. Devin wasn’t involved in any gang activity, and yet he found himself caught up in something so dangerous. It seems like there’s always more to these cases than meets the eye, and I’m sure there are details that those closest to him have been grappling with for years. It must feel so overwhelming to not only lose a loved one so suddenly but also to endure the lengthy legal process afterward. I hope his family has found some semblance of peace and that Devin’s memory is honored by all who knew him. My thoughts are truly with them as they continue to process this unimaginable loss.
