Has anyone here been following the case of Sacorya Reed and Sasha Bell? I recently came across a part of the story that I found particularly haunting. Apparently, Sasha Bell was not just thinking about herself in those last few years but was actively advocating for others, especially her son. She had been involved in one of the initial lawsuits against Flint regarding the lead contamination. Her courage and determination to stand up to such a massive issue, while simultaneously facing personal struggles, speaks volumes about her character. It's devastating to think about how much potential these young women had, and how deeply they touched the lives around them. If only Flint were a safer place, perhaps they'd still be here today. My thoughts are with their families, who must carry on these legacies in their absence. Anyone else have thoughts on the wider implications of the case? Let's keep their memory alive and continue to talk about these tough issues.
