I keep thinking about Nikkole's kids and how incredibly brave they were that day. I can't even imagine the fear and confusion they must've felt, having to seek help from a neighbor after witnessing something so awful. They’re the true heroes in this tragedy, and I hope they're getting all the support and love they need to heal and grow into the amazing adults Nikkole would've wanted them to be. It's a chilling reminder of how domestic violence ripples through the lives of not just the victim, but their entire family. Sending strength and peace to them, as they navigate this new chapter of their lives. ?️
