I've been following the case of Markia Leggett, and my heart truly goes out to her family, especially her kids. I can't imagine the trauma those young ones must be enduring after witnessing something so awful. I read somewhere that Markia was trying to build a better life for her children and was really close to her neighbors, who said she was always a friendly face. It's so sad that such senseless violence has shattered their lives. Reading about Adrian Deshawn Hill, it's chilling to think he could commit something so horrible. There are always signs in these domestic cases that we, as a community, might miss, and it's a reminder we should always look out for each other. I hope justice is served for Markia’s sake and that her children find the support they need to heal. Has anyone heard any updates on how the kids and other family members are coping in the aftermath?
