I’ve been following Kelvin Wheeler Jr.'s case for a while now, and something that really stands out to me is the impact of his work as a youth pastor and educator. It’s clear from the stories shared by his students and church members that he was truly dedicated to uplifting the young people in his community. Hearing how he was not only a mentor but also a father figure to many breaks my heart for the kids who looked up to him. I can't even begin to imagine how hard it must be for them to process this loss on top of everything else young people face today. I'm keeping Kelvin’s family and his students in my thoughts, and I hope there will be justice for him soon. If only we could see more leaders like him in the world; it's so unfair that his life was cut short. Does anyone know if the community is still doing annual events in his memory?
