Cesar Garcia, a 45-year-old man, went missing on June 6, 2010, in Laredo, Texas. On the day of his disappearance, Cesar was traveling with his brother, Gerardo Garcia, in a gray Chevrolet Silverado. The two brothers were last seen heading toward Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, and their last known location was in Nuevo Laredo. After this point, both Cesar and Gerardo disappeared, and no further information about their whereabouts has been discovered.
