Has anyone else been following the developments in the Cory Jackson case? I can't help but feel for all the families involved. It's such a complex and deeply troubling situation, especially with a 14-year-old caught in the middle of this tragedy. One aspect I keep thinking about is how the system deals with minors who act under such distressing circumstances. I mean, can we really imagine what must have been going through that boy’s mind? He believed his mom's life was in imminent danger. It’s hard to fathom the emotional toll this must be taking on him. I’m curious if anyone knows more about how these cases are usually handled? It's clear that domestic violence creates ripple effects that impact everyone, especially young ones. I'm hoping justice is thoroughly sought, but I hope this young boy gets the support and counseling he needs. It’s a reminder that the definition of "justice" can be very complicated.
