I’ve been following Janet Kendle’s case, and my heart goes out to her family. Something that really puzzles me is the randomness—they were just out for a walk, and it could've been anyone. It’s chilling to think that life's so fragile and unpredictable. Her daughter and sister's comments highlight something many of us feel but can't adequately put into words. I also wonder about the circumstances leading to the shooting. Was Devin Rashad Green known to them at all? Could there be more behind this tragedy than it seems? It's comforting to see the community rallying around Janet's family, offering support and demanding justice. I sincerely hope they find some peace and that the legal process brings the answers they deserve.
Hi everyone,
I've been following the Kendle case, and something that sticks with me is the location of the shooting. For those not familiar with Detroit, Jefferson Avenue is a really busy area, even during the early hours. It makes me wonder about the timing and the choice of that spot for such a heinous act. It's hard to believe that someone would take the risk in such a public space unless it was completely unplanned or random, like Janet's family believes. The idea that this could happen so unexpectedly, in a place people probably think of as part of their daily routine, really shakes you. My heart goes out to Janet's family and friends who have to deal with this void in their lives. I hope the trial brings some clarity and peace to everyone affected. What do you all think about the location and time of day? Does it seem as strange to you as it does to me?
