Has anyone else been thinking about Delray’s kids in all of this? Seems like they’ve been kind of sidelined in the public discussions and media coverage, but they're the ones who have lost the most. Four young ones who now have to grow up without their dad, who was taken in such a senseless act of violence. I can’t even imagine what it must be like for them, especially given Delray's love for life and how involved he seemed to be in their lives. I remember reading about how much he cared for his kids and how excited he seemed whenever he talked about their future. It’s just so devastating that they have to go through this. Maybe as a community, we can come together to find ways to support these children as they navigate this tough road ahead. Whether it’s through donations, creating a support network, or just keeping them and their family in our thoughts. It's clear that Delray poured his soul into his family and his music, and the least we can do is honor his legacy by standing with his children.
