I’ve been following the case of James Douglas White Jr., and I can’t help but think about the impact this has had on his eight children. Growing up without a father is incredibly tough, and I hope the community can rally around them to provide support and guidance. It’s devastating to think about the void left in their lives because of this senseless act of violence. Also, big respect to everyone in Kalamazoo who’s been trying to make a difference by getting involved and sharing information. It’s these little acts of kindness and cooperation that bring hope amidst such tragedy. James seemed like a genuinely good guy, and I’m sure his memory will be cherished by those who knew him.
