I recently came across Kellie R. Guy’s case, and one detail that stood out to me was how much of a role model he seemed to be for the younger kids in his community. It's absolutely tragic to think that someone who brought so much positivity and support to those around him had his life cut short in such a brutal way. I’ve heard Kellie often volunteered with youth programs at the Second Missionary Baptist Church, which just goes to show the kind of person he was—always giving and full of life. The community’s response has been incredibly moving. Seeing people come together to demand justice for Kellie is a testament to the impact one person can have. It's reassuring to know that even though he’s no longer with us, his influence lives on. I really hope the legal system brings the closure his family so desperately needs. ?
