Has anyone else been really moved by the bravery shown by Officer James White and Corporal Zach Moak? I just can't stop thinking about the intense situations officers face every day, and this case really underscores the risks they take for all of us. I’ve been following the discussions about the use of body and dashcams, and I can’t help but feel relief that at least there was some technology capturing what happened. However, it makes me wonder—how effective are these cameras really in preventing tragic outcomes like this? It’s devastating to think they were there in full gear and still lost their lives. Their families must be going through unimaginable pain. I hope in the future, there’s more we can do to support our officers and provide them with every possible safety measure to protect them in such dangerous situations. My heart goes out to both families and the Brookhaven community as they heal and remember two brave heroes.
