Has anyone else been following the initiatives launched by Renata Flot-Patterson in the wake of this tragedy? The "Keeping Keli Foundation" seems to be doing incredible work. It's truly inspiring to see how Keli's family has turned their profound grief into something that can bring about real change and help protect others from similar situations. The Joyful Noise Music & Mural Festival sounds like such a powerful way to bring the community together while honoring Keli and Brixx. It's so important that we continue to raise awareness and push for changes in how domestic violence is addressed legally and socially. Does anyone have more details on how the foundation is making an impact, or know of similar organizations we could support?
Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking a lot about the two older sons, Alliyano and Diovanni, in the tragic Mornay case. Can you imagine what it must be like for them, especially for Diovanni who witnessed such an unimaginable event? My heart goes out to those boys, having to endure something so terrifying and life-altering at such a young age. It’s just so crucial that they have the right support, both emotionally and psychologically, to navigate through such trauma.
I’ve read that family members are often the ones who provide immediate support, but do we know if they’ve been connected with professional counseling services? Also, it's commendable that their grandmother has become such a strong advocate against domestic violence. I hope her strength can help bring some healing, not only to her grandsons but to the wider community.
It’s stories like these that really highlight how important it is to support advocates like her, working to create awareness and change. Holding those boys in my thoughts and hoping they find some peace in the midst of all this.
Reading about Brixx and his mother's tragic deaths has truly left a mark on me. I can't begin to imagine the pain that Keli's sons, Alliyano and Diovanni, are going through, knowing they not only lost their mother and baby brother but also that Diovanni had to witness such a horrific event. It's hard to grasp how anyone could commit such an unforgivable act, especially to an innocent little baby and his own family.
I really admire Keli’s mom, Renata, for channeling her grief into something that can help others. The Keeping Keli Foundation sounds like an amazing way to honor Keli and Brixx’s memories, and it's inspiring to see how they’re working to protect other families from similar tragedies.
For anyone in the Mississippi area, the Joyful Noise Music & Mural Festival seems like a fantastic event. Not just for raising awareness but offering a source of healing and community support for those who’ve experienced domestic violence. It’s a reminder of how critical it is for us to not only talk about these issues but also take action to prevent them. Sending love and strength to Keli's family and everyone affected by domestic violence.
