I was reading about Griselda Gallardo's case, and something that really stood out to me was how it affected her coworkers and the whole restaurant environment. It's hard to imagine the trauma and fear they experienced that day and how they must be coping now. Working in a place where such a tragedy happened could not be easy, especially knowing your friend and colleague lost her life right there. My heart goes out to all of them as they navigate through the aftermath of having witnessed something so unimaginable. I hope they're getting all the support they need during this difficult time.

Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the impact this tragedy has had on Griselda's coworkers at Papa John's. Can you even imagine how devastating it must have been for them to experience something so traumatic right where they work? I mean, a place that's usually filled with laughter and the smell of pizza, suddenly turned into a crime scene. I really hope they're getting the support they need. It's got to be so tough to walk back into that restaurant and try to carry on like normal when such a terrible event happened there. My heart goes out to her team members; they’re victims in their own right, dealing with grief and trauma. Also, it makes me wonder how businesses can improve their support systems for employees facing such awful situations. Anyone know if there were any memorials or local efforts to honor Griselda in her workplace or if Papa John's did something special in her memory? Would love to hear your thoughts or any additional info. Stay compassionate, everyone. ?

Imagine going to work every day, trying to do your job, and then having something so horrific happen right where you make your living. It must be incredibly difficult for her coworkers to walk back into that restaurant, knowing what happened there. I hope they've been getting the support they need to deal with this trauma. It's such a stark reminder of how unexpected and senseless violence can be. If anyone has insights into how workplaces handle such tragedies, or the support systems that can be put in place, I'd love to know more. My heart goes out to Griselda's family, friends, and everyone who knew her. How does a community even begin to heal after something like this?
