It’s frustrating to think that Jonathan Ramirez is still at large. How is it that despite his prior charges, he was free to potentially harm others? It seems like there were so many warning signs. I hope the community continues to support Demarcos's family and that someone will come forward with information to bring Ramirez to justice.
