Has anyone else been following the heartbreaking murder of Corlin Oshae Jones? I'm just so sad thinking about how his family must be feeling right now. I keep wondering about the timing of the police response given such a massive gun battle with over 140 shots fired. Were there any witnesses who saw what happened? I hope they have someone looking into that angle because it seems like there's always more information that can come from people who happened to be nearby. Also, it's crazy to think how many different casings the police collected! It really makes me think about how many people were involved and what kind of chaos must have unfolded that night. I just can’t wrap my head around how things can escalate into something so deadly. For those who knew Corlin, I can't imagine how hard it must be to come to terms with this. Kudos to the Tulsa Police for getting those arrests quickly, but I really hope the community can come together to prevent anything like this from happening again. It’s just all so overwhelming.

I can't stop thinking about the sheer volume of gunfire in the tragic incident that took Corlin Oshae Jones's life. Over 140 shots fired—it's hard to even wrap my mind around that level of violence. It really paints a terrifying picture of what happened that night outside the hookah lounge. I can't imagine the trauma experienced by anyone near the scene, especially the responders who had to process and collect evidence amidst all that chaos. Having grown up in a community not so different from Tulsa, it just baffles me how something like this can erupt out of nowhere. It's devastating. I hope ongoing discussions around gun violence can lead us to real changes. We owe it to Corlin and all the others affected by senseless acts like this to keep pushing for safer environments. My heart is truly with everyone who knew Corlin, his family, friends, and the Tulsa community. Hopefully, seeing justice unfold can bring some measure of peace, but it's so crucial we keep advocating for prevention and awareness in honor of his memory.
