I can't stop thinking about the vigil held for Marquita Walker. Hearing her sister Erica speak about Marquita's friendly nature really struck a chord with me. It's so clear how much she was loved by those around her. The vigil was attended by so many people whose lives she touched, which made her loss even more palpable to the community. It's difficult to imagine the strength it took for her family and friends to come together and honor her life in such a moving way. I truly hope justice is served soon, and that her loved ones can find some peace. If anyone out there knows anything, I urge you to come forward. No piece of information is too small when it comes to finding closure for Marquita's family.
I've been following Marquita Walker’s case closely, and something that's really struck me is the impact she had on her community.
