It's just so incredibly difficult to wrap my mind around what happened to Tabitha Ann Hill. As someone who followed her story from the beginning, I find myself thinking a lot about the impact this must have on her five children. The oldest must barely be reaching their teenage years, and now, they're forced to navigate life without their mother. The sheer ripple effect of tragedy is enormous here.
I mean, it’s one thing to read the reports and follow the legal proceedings, but it’s another to think about those kids and how they’re going to deal with such a loss as they grow older. It's beyond comprehension how quickly their lives changed in one night, a night that started with something as innocent as giving someone a ride and ended in devastation.
