It's been a couple of years since we lost Levarius, and I still find myself thinking about how something so senseless could happen. I recently read about a fundraiser that was held to assist his family with funeral costs. It's amazing to see the way communities can come together during such a devastating time, offering whatever help they can to a grieving family. If anyone knows of more recent efforts to support his family, please share! It's crucial to keep his memory alive and continue to support those who are still hurting. Also, if anyone has updates on the investigation, please share that too. Justice for Levarius and Justin is something we all wish for.
I can't stop thinking about how senseless the loss of Levarius and Justin is. It's hard to wrap my head around the fact that these young lives were taken over something as pointless as a robbery. The Milwaukee community has really come together in the wake of this tragedy, which is a small comfort in the face of such loss. I came across a fundraiser started by some local folks, and it’s incredibly moving to see the support pouring in for their families. It’s just so sad that it’s under these circumstances. I can’t imagine the pain their loved ones must be going through. Hoping for justice and healing for everyone affected.
