On a summer day in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 19-year-old Levarius Mitchell, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. On July 23, 2021, Mitchell and his friend, Justin Jamal Burnley, were together when they became the victims of a fatal shooting during what was reported to be a robbery.
