I just wanted to share some thoughts on the impact Iris Young's murder has had on her local community over in Milwaukee. I didn't know Iris personally, but it sounds like she was such a kind and hard-working person, just trying to make her way home when this unimaginable tragedy unfolded. What really gets to me is hearing how her co-workers at Wendy's and people in her neighborhood are coming together to support her family. It's like they're all rallying to keep her spirit alive and not let her be forgotten amidst the ongoing violence. You can really feel the love and support surrounding her family right now. I hope they find some comfort in knowing so many people cared about Iris and are standing by them. Also, it’s encouraging to see the community refusing to let this get swept under the rug and to hear that they’re pressing for justice. Hopefully, with everyone working together, it will lead to some meaningful change and prevent future tragedies.
