I’ve been following Eduardo Lara’s case since the beginning and am always struck by the community response. Orondo is such a tight-knit place, and it’s clear that Eduardo was loved by so many. From reading accounts and talking to some folks who knew him, he was an all-around nice guy with a bright future ahead of him. It's baffling how something so tragic could happen to someone like him. Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how hard this must be on his family and friends, having to hold onto hope for justice for nearly a decade now. Imagine living without answers for so long! It's heart-wrenching to think about how unresolved they must feel every single day. I hope that someone who knows something finally comes forward. This community owes it to Eduardo and his family to help get those critical pieces of information to the authorities. What are your thoughts on how the community can keep supporting the investigation and Eduardo’s loved ones?
