Hi everyone,
I’ve been thinking about the timeline surrounding the murders of Juan and Arturo Gallegos. Particularly, I'm puzzled by the fact that Juan was found outside the apartment after being shot 11 times. Does anyone else find it odd that Christopher Ramirez went after Juan with such intensity even after he had shot Arturo? Was it overkill, or could it suggest something more personal or emotional between him and Juan?
Considering Juan tried to open the door after hearing the gunshots that killed Arturo, it’s a chilling thought to imagine what he must have felt in those terrifying last moments. I can’t help but wonder if there were previous altercations or disagreements leading up to that night. Does anyone have any insights or has come across details about any prior interactions between Ramirez and the Gallegos brothers?
It’s so tragic for their family to lose both Juan and Arturo in such a violent way. My heart truly goes out to them.
Stay safe, everyone,

I've been following the case of Juan and Arturo Gallegos, and something that's been on my mind is how the gunpowder stippling on Arturo's face indicates that he was shot at such close range. It just adds a chilling detail to the crime scene, knowing how personal the attack must have felt. It's devastating to think about what this family has lost. Arturo, not even having the chance to know what hit him, and Juan, desperately trying to reach his brother. They were so violently torn away from their loved ones. It's times like these when you really wish for some sense of justice or closure for the family. How are they supposed to move on from something like this? I hope with Ramirez's conviction, they felt at least a small quiet moment of peace, knowing he can't harm anyone else. Sending my thoughts to everyone affected by this tragedy.
