I’ve been following the Orozco case closely, and I can't stop thinking about the impact it must have had on those poor kids. Losing a parent is unimaginable, but to witness such a traumatic event in your own home? My heart truly goes out to them. It’s some solace hearing that Wes and Kathy Cartwright stepped up as legal guardians. I can’t imagine the strength and resilience it takes to try and rebuild after experiencing something so horrific. It’s also been mentioned how the community has rallied around them. It speaks volumes about the power of community support in times of tragedy. I really hope the kids know they're not alone, and that they find healing in whatever way feels right to them. Keeping them in my thoughts as they continue to navigate their lives after such a devastating event.
